From a privacy and security stand point, and from a pro, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION IN POSTS OR FORUM POSTS, use the email features to exchange information. Leaving your contact information in open posts exposes you to spammers, scammers and hackers. Yes, you have to sign up/sign in to use the site, BUT...FOR your own privacy and personal information security, NEVER leave contact or personal info in an open post. They are NOT secure like the sign up page is, and you'll end up with more spam and "phone" calls from strangers than you care to deal with among other things!
Also, the blank on the fill in form when you sign up that asks for web site address is not asking for your EMAIL address.
For your own privacy, I urge you NOT to use this blank for EMAIL information. This site has a built in email feature that will email you when ever anyone posts to your wall/blog or page. Use that feature to send email or contact information to your friends. You'll really appreciate the security much more.
I design and manage websites daily and I'm speaking from a professional opinion.
This site as a whole is safe and secure. If you'll just follow the suggestions it'll stay that way!
